Our Place in History
Starting January 22
Rowan Museum, in collaboration with Historic Salisbury Foundation, present Our Place in History. This long running course provides a factual, well-rounded and entertaining romp through the history of Rowan County and Salisbury. Participants will develop strong personal contacts as well as reference guides to encourage and enable further casual reading or serious research.
Inside the Hall House: A Night of History & Hospitality
February 9 at 6pm

Interested in learning more about the history of the Hall House? Join us on February 9th at 6 pm for an intimate wine-and-cheese social hour and a free, engaging history lesson about the home—its early 19th-century origins, the families who lived there, and its lasting place in our community.
Second Saturday Salvage
Every Second Saturday from 9am - 2pm

Find treasure amongst the salvaged goods in the Ice House at Second Saturday Salvage from 9AM - 2PM every second Saturday located at 224 E Horah Street, Salisbury. HSF members enjoy a 5% discount.
The Hall House Museum Tours
Saturdays, 1pm - 4pm
226 S. Jackson Street, Salisbury
The 2026 tour season is underway, and we’re excited to welcome you back to the Historic Hall House Museum! Open every Saturday afternoon in the beautiful West Square Historic District, our knowledgeable docents are available to guide you through the history of this amazing 1820s beauty. A notable place to take your out-of-town guests when sharing Salisbury! No reservation needed. $5 Adults, $3 Children. Free for HSF Members.
Group Tours available year-round.
The Hall House will be closed during January and February for our annual maintenance period. Thank you for your support. We will reopen in March to kick off the 2026 Tour Season!
