Are you involved with an HSF revolving fund property? This event is for you! One of the most important things HSF does, besides literally saving historic buildings from the wrecking ball, is place protective covenants on properties. These covenants are filed with the deed and continue in perpetuity, meaning that every future owner is required to follow the guidelines the Foundation puts in place to protect certain historic features.

We want to be a friendly guide and resource to all owners, real estate agents and closing attorneys to help demystify the special requirements when handling one of the 110 Revolving Fund properties. We invite anyone interested to join us for a wine and cheese social and informational program. All attendees will be given an opportunity to join HSF and will also receive an exclusive one-time discount toward an item at the Ice House, our architectural salvage warehouse.
